Getting a little taster of some very well matured (and expensive) whisky, from one of the finest investment distilleries in Scotland isn’t a bad day out of the studio.

We sat and spoke with some of the very talented people working there to find out what made up the essence of a good whisky, and what makes it so special.

A line we loved, came from a quick off-the-cuff moment as we were packing up, ‘when you taste whisky, you’re tasting the summer 50 years ago.’ This instantly became the core of the poem we wrote that would become out voice over. Absolutely love moments like that.
